What skills and experience we're looking for
The Directors of Emmaus Catholic Multi Academy Company, together with the Archdiocese of Birmingham, are looking to appoint an ambitious, experienced and suitably qualified practising Catholic to the exciting role of Principal at this wonderful child-centred one-form entry school. St Francis Xavier Catholic Primary School is a friendly, caring, innovative and outward looking school with happy, motivated and well-behaved children. We have a committed staff team, a supportive and knowledgeable Local Governing Body and strong links with our local parish. What the school offers its staff
Under the leadership of the Catholic Senior Executive Leader (CEO), the successful candidate will play a full part in the Committee of Principals, the vehicle through which policy, procedure and effective collaborative practice is developed, in order to raise academic achievement across all Emmaus Catholic MAC schools. St Francis Xavier Catholic Primary School, Oldbury is situated in Sandwell LA and serves the parishes of St Francis Xavier and English Martyrs and is part of Emmaus Catholic Academy.
