An exciting opportunity has arisen for an outstanding leader to join Tudor Grange Academies Trust as the Principal of Tudor Grange Primary Academy Yew Tree.
Tudor Grange Primary Academy Yew Tree is a 2-11, one form entry primary school in central Solihull which became part of Tudor Grange Academies Trust in September 2019. Tudor Grange Academies Trust brings together a growing group of highly regarded schools. With a reputation for excellence in training and career development, we support our dedicated staff to continually grow and achieve their best within a collaborative and nurturing environment.
We are seeking a dedicated individual who is passionate about making a difference. The ideal candidate will be determined, resilient, and ambitious for both the children and the staff. They will understand that exceptional leadership requires visibility, presence, energy, and high emotional intelligence to navigate various situations effectively.
We need someone capable of driving an inclusive curriculum and teaching approach, supported by the Trust. This person should know how to foster a culture that balances kindness with clear boundaries, ensuring children feel safe, heard, and valued.
The Academy now requires a leader who can build on this vision. The successful applicant will be an exceptional person with inspirational leadership skills and the expertise to manage and lead the Academy’s future development. They will be well supported by the Trust.
Safeguarding and welfare of children and young people with all staff collaborating in this commitment is at the core of the Trust. The successful applicant will be required to have an Enhanced DBS check in line with the government’s safer recruitment guidelines.
