We are seeking a committed and experienced Programme Lead to ensure our teaching, learning and assessment provision is consistently outstanding. You will play a pivotal role in supporting all aspects of compliance, quality assurance and continuous quality improvement across our provision. You will be responsible for managing and promoting high-quality programmes that align with the College's mission, government priorities and the needs of learners, employers and other stakeholders, ensuring every learner is supported to successfully achieve their learning outcome.

Working collaboratively with internal and external delivery staff, employers, awarding organisations and other key stakeholders, you will take responsibility for maintaining the highest standards of delivery across the department. This includes monitoring learner progress, supporting staff to implement appropriate interventions, overseeing internal quality assurance processes, and ensuring all learning activities and records are fully compliant with awarding organisation and statutory requirements. You will also work closely with the Head of Department to maintainan effective learning and assessment environment.

The successful candidate will be an effective team leader with the ability to influence and support both internal and external colleagues. Through regular developmental observations, professional development activities and standardisation sessions, you will drive best practice and continuous improvement across the department. Experience of building productive stakeholder relationships and leading teams to achieve successful learner outcomes will be essential.
