For candidates with the passion and proven track record to make an impact beyond one school, this post also offers the possibility of additional Trust-wide responsibilities as a Specialist Leader in Education. In this role, you would:

  • Is committed to the success of every student, every day.

In turn, we can offer:

  • A supportive, ambitious school community with a culture of collaboration across a forward-thinking Multi-Academy Trust with a strong moral purpose.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and leadership beyond your own department. There is a comprehensive induction programme and excellent opportunities for high-quality CPD through the SEEAT Institute.
  • A wide range of employee benefits including family-friendly policies.

Diverse teams really are the best teams. We have a diverse student community and positively welcome and encourage applicants from all walks of life. We know that candidates (especially women, research tells us) may be put off applying for a job unless they can tick every box. As we say in the person specification, we will take a holistic view of your application. So, if you are excited about working with us and taking the next step in your leadership journey but aren't 100% sure if you meet all the criteria, we'd still like to have the opportunity to read your application - you might just be the person we are looking for!
