Progress Leader job summary

Progress Leaders are responsible for the academic progress of their year group and their development as young people. You will lead a team of 6-7 form tutors and work with an Assistant Headteacher to oversee a year group. You will work closely with a non-teaching Assistant Progress Leader who will provide administrative support on a day-to-day basis to facilitate the role. Ideally, you will be a science specialist who is ready to assume a leadership role. You will have ‘an eye for detail’, and be able to manage your time effectively and remain positive during the busy school year.
