• Job role:
  • Catering, cleaning and site management
• Visa sponsorship: Visas cannot be sponsored
• Working pattern: Full time, part time: 37 Hours Per Week, usually 8am - 4pm (or similar) Monday - Friday. All year round with holidays usually to be taken out of term time. Some flexibility with hours is required to cover other staff/occasional public events as necessary.
• Contract type: Permanent
• Full time equivalent salary: £27255-£30676 depending on skills and experience

What skills and experience we're looking for

Join our team and help shape an outstanding learning environment. We are seeking proactive and skilled Property Services Engineer to join our team who both maintain and enhance our school’s buildings and grounds. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in creating safe, functional, and inspiring spaces for students and staff.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance;
• Conducting refurbishment and decoration projects to improve learning spaces;
• Supporting sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency improvements;
  
• Maintaining outdoor areas and completing seasonal site tasks.

We’re looking for:

• Experience in premises or facilities maintenance;
• Knowledge of general plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and general repairs;
• Painting and decorating skills would be advantageous;
• Commitment to health and safety regulations;
• Approachable, organised, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.
