We are seeking an outstanding teacher who is interested in improving the performance of disadvantaged children. In this role you will coordinate the school’s approach to raising achievement of students in receipt of pupil premium funding and others who are vulnerable.

The successful candidate will be:
• Skilled at identifying gaps in understanding
• Have an understanding of current research in this field
• Be innovative in implementing strategies to overcome barriers to learning
