Pupil Premium Leader and Teacher of English job summary

Do you have the passion and motivation to inspire others? Do you have the ability to lead change and inspire excellence? We are seeking an outstanding teacher who is interested in improving the performance of disadvantaged children. In this role you will coordinate the school’s approach to raising achievement of students in receipt of pupil premium funding and others who are vulnerable. The successful candidate will be: • Skilled at identifying gaps in understanding • Have an understanding of current research in this field • Be innovative in implementing strategies to overcome barriers to learning Cox Green is a well-established co-educational Academy, situated in the heart of the community of Cox Green, Maidenhead. We have been graded “good” by Ofsted and are oversubscribed year on year; testimony to the high quality of teaching and learning and fantastic enrichment programme we provide.
