What skills and experience we're looking for
The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Pupil Progress Co-ordinator to support students in overcoming barriers to learning and achieving their full potential. Working in partnership with families, staff and external agencies, you will champion inclusion, wellbeing and positive outcomes for all pupils.
You will also support the development and embedding of a strong culture of literacy, helping students build the reading, writing and communication skills they need for success. Through collaboration and relationship-building, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and ambitious learning environment.
About You
- Qualified to Level 3 English and Maths (A-Level A-C or equivalent)
- Relevant professional qualification
- Proven experience working in an education environment and analysing pupil progress and attainment data
- Experience working with families and external agencies
- Previous experience working with students and meeting their particular needs and requirements
- Flexible and adaptable to undertake varied duties
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Commitment to raising aspirations and improving outcomes for all pupils.
