We are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to work in our team. The successful candidate will undertake care and learning programmes/activities to support individuals or groups of pupils, including more specialised support for those with special education needs, enable access to learning for pupils and assist the class teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.
We are looking for a candidate who:

● is experienced in supporting within a nurturing and inclusive environment
● genuinely enjoys working with children, showing them respect and fostering their all-round development
● possesses good personal literacy, numeracy and ICT skills
● has relevant experience of working with children across the EYFS/KS1/KS2 age range, and in particular with pupils who have Special Educational Needs.

● has a calm, patient and consistent approach
● is able to use initiative, adaptability and flexibility to support learning and behaviour
● is able to work with autonomy and as part of a team
● is keen to learn and develop professionally
● is intrinsically solution-focussed, with a ‘can do’ attitude
● has energy, drive and enthusiasm
