What skills and experience we're looking for
We are currently seeking to appoint a Pupil Support Assistant to provide high quality support and care with a focus on academic progress, reading, behaviour and well-being. This is an exciting and rewarding role in a team that makes a difference to young people.
The successful applicant will support specific needs in accordance with the requirements of students individual SEN Profile / Educational Health Care Plan. They will be passionate about removing barriers and committed to working with colleagues to improve outcomes for learners. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to deliver learning activities to both individual students and small groups.
Candidates who possess outstanding interpersonal skills when working with young people, are at ease working in a team environment and IT literate are welcome to apply. Training will be provided as necessary.
