is seeking to appoint a
Purchase Ledger Assistant
35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Payscale: £25,000 - £26,800
Commencing: as soon as possible
Hybrid working : 2 days per week in Ely Office plus remote working

About Role
This role would suit someone keen to start or advance their career within finance. You will learn how a finance department functions and have the ability to expand your role under the supervision of the Purchase Ledger Manager and the wider finance team.
The role is 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year with the working hours required being 9.00am - 5.00pm. We can offer hybrid working which includes working 2 days in the Central Ely Office and remote working. The purpose of this role is to process and record purchase invoices and credit notes, review invoices to ensure that they are accurate and correctly formatted, liaise with schools and suppliers regarding discrepancies and assist team members to answer telephone calls.
