Qualified Nursery Practitioner job summary
We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and nurturing Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our thriving school nursery. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate early years professional to play a key role in delivering outstanding provision for our youngest learners.

The successful candidate will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through observation, assessment and effective next-step planning.
- Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive nursery environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with the wider early years team to deliver excellent outcomes for all children.
- Support children with additional needs and contribute to inclusive practice.
- Ensure safeguarding, welfare and health and safety requirements are met at all times.
We invite applications from candidates who:
- Hold a Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
- Have experience working within an early years setting.
- Have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Have a genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
- Can demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Have experience working in a school-based nursery.
- Can demonstrate sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations within early years.
