Qualified Teacher in Business Studies & Economics job summary
We are looking to recruit a qualified teacher in Business Studies and Economics. Chauncy is an Ofsted OUTSTANDING school in all 5 categories and has a welcoming, cohesive and dynamic staff, committed to the education of young people in the local area. We have an experienced mentoring team to support ECTs and new colleagues typically thrive with us, 90% gaining a position of responsibility within 2 years.
Suitably qualified and experienced applicants may be considered for a TLR award (TLR2a/TLR2b) with details to be negotiated at interview. Required for September, we are looking for an imaginative and enthusiastic teacher to join our growing and successful department, committed to high standards of student achievement at all levels. The post would suit an experienced or newly qualified teacher who is committed to teaching at the highest standard and raising the aspirations and achievements of our students. The successful candidate should be able to teach across our range of vocational and academic courses, that includes GCSE and BTEC Business studies in Key Stage Four, and BTEC Business Studies & A Level Economics in Key Stage Five.
