Raising Achievement Apprentice

Hours - 35 hours per week

Weeks - Term time only

Temporary - For the duration of the apprenticeship

Grade - Apprenticeship Rate - £10 per hour

Start Date - January 2026

We are looking to appoint a Raising Achievement Apprentice to undertake care and learning programmes and activities to support individuals or groups of vulnerable students, including specialised support for those with special education needs, EAL, PP, LAC, HAP, enable access to learning for students and assist the teacher in the management of students and the classroom. This is a Raising Achievement Apprenticeship with City College Norwich.

Applicants should have very good interpersonal skills; good general knowledge of ICT (Google Suite) and data based applications, word processing and general administrative skills. These are essential to enable the post holder to support the day to day administrative processes required by the Headteacher and school.

Personal qualities are also of paramount importance and the person appointed will be expected to display professionalism, enthusiasm, energy, good humour, flexibility and reliability. They must also have the ability to work independently and as part of a busy team.
