The team is designed to provide our secondaries with targeted, high-impact support.

Do you have the skills to:

  • Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and an ability to devise and deliver clear, well‑sequenced, high-quality lessons underpinned by a robust curriculum model.
  • Use assessment and performance data effectively to diagnose learning needs and evaluate impact.
  • Commit to professional growth, including engaging with trust leadership development and school improvement training.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils and staff and act as a role model to secure high expectations.
  • Show resilience, adaptability and the ability to thrive in a challenging school-improvement context
