Reading Assistant job summary

The Reading Assistant role is to assist the teachers by listening to children read, helping them to become independent in their reading and to carry our appropriate reading activities as planned by the teachers. The role is currently for 3 hours a week over 3 days. There is potential for the hours to be increased.
