We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Reading Associate to join our team at Neale-Wade Academy. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students by supporting the development of foundational reading skills and helping to close the reading gap for KS3 learners.

If you are interested in this role, we look forward to welcoming you to tour our school.

As a Reading Associate, you will:

Work closely with students to build confidence and fluency in reading.

Support the organisation and logistics of small-group sessions, including light administrative tasks.

We are looking for someone who is:

Our significantly improved provision since our previous graded inspection has seen a change in culture, where staff are happier and there are consistently high expectations for all. As a result, our young people have confidence in their education and behaviour is orderly and calm. Come and meet our students and staff to see for yourself! Don't miss this opportunity to be part an Academy that is highly committed to making a difference for the young people in its community.

As part of the Active Learning Trust, you will gain access to:

  • Vivup Benefit System
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Cycle to Work Scheme
  • Local Government Pensions Scheme

If you are eager to inspire students and play a key role in their educational journey, we would love to hear from you.
