This is what we are looking for:
- ‘Ready to teach’ TA who can demonstrate that in time they will be ready to train to teach.
- Candidates with a good degree who show their aptitude, passion and commitment to becoming a teacher. Bygrove is a partner of the London East Teacher Training Alliance (LETTA), an Ofsted-graded outstanding provider of initial teacher training. We would offer this route to candidates wishing to train to teach. We have a track record of employing trainees who complete their teacher training at the school.
