  • The ability to support the development of pupils’ English and maths skills with confidence
  • Awareness of how pupils learn and the factors which can affect their learning
  • A commitment to inclusive education including the need to show respect for and value all members of The LETTA Trust
  • Evidence of the ability to carry out a range of activities across the school, to work with different children, of different ages, with different learning and medical needs
  • A desire to take part in training to develop own skills and expertise

    • Candidates with a good degree who show their aptitude, passion and commitment to becoming a teacher. Bygrove is a partner of the London East Teacher Training Alliance (LETTA), an Ofsted-graded outstanding provider of initial teacher training. We would offer this route to candidates wishing to train to teach. We have a track record of employing trainees who complete their teacher training at the school.
