We are looking for a Receptionist & Administration Assistant to join our team. If you are interested in working with young people and would like to help them as they prepare for their future working lives, we would like to hear from you.

About the role:

We are seeking a proactive and approachable individual to join our team to provide a professional and friendly reception service, handle incoming and outgoing communications and provide efficient administration services to the Academy.

The ideal candidate will bring a can-do attitude, a positive mindset, and a strong commitment to supporting the day-to-day experience of our students and staff. A good educational background including GCSE in Maths and English at C/4+ and previous experience of working in a busy office are essential.

To succeed, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, particularly when dealing with members of the public, be adaptable and flexible and have good ICT skills.
