Reception & Administrative Assistant job summary
The Rowans AP Academy is seeking to appoint a highly effective Reception & Administrative Assistant, to start with immediate effect.

The successful candidate will act as the first point of call for all visitors and callers, manage telephone enquiries and provide administration support to the school community. The candidate must have a meticulous eye for detail and be a keen team member.
This is a full time, permanent role, Term Time Only, paid based on the NJC pay scale D2 point 4-11 (FTE £24,404- £27,269 – actual salary calculated on a pro rata basis).
The working pattern for this position will consist of Monday-Thursday 8:30 - 16:30, and Friday 8:30 - 16:00, with a 30 minute unpaid break each day.
