The successful candidate will create purposeful, engaging and carefully designed provision that nurtures independence, develops curiosity and inspires a lifelong love of learning.
This role would suit a reflective and ambitious practitioner who places children at the centre of everything they do, values strong relationships with families and colleagues, and is excited by the opportunity to contribute to a school on a positive and ambitious improvement journey.
Our school can offer:

· A positive, supportive and genuinely collaborative staff team.
· The opportunity to help shape the future of a school on an exciting improvement journey.
· A culture built on trust, transparency and strong relationships.
· Leaders who value staff wellbeing, professional growth and open communication.
· High-quality professional development and career progression opportunities.
· Opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across Sapientia Education Trust.
· A modern, purpose-built school with extensive indoor and outdoor learning environments.
· A workplace where staff support one another, celebrate successes together and enjoy working as part of a team.
We are looking for teachers who will:
· Put children at the heart of every decision.
· Have high expectations and secure excellent outcomes for all pupils.
· Create enabling environments that inspire exploration, independence and sustained engagement.
· Understand the vital role of continuous provision in supporting learning and development.
· Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
· Be reflective, resilient and committed to continual improvement.
· Demonstrate a strong understanding of inclusion, equality and equity.
