- Effective communication skills to build great relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- A sense of humour and a positive, can-do attitude!

We need someone who can not only create an engaging, inspiring, and safe classroom environment where our youngest pupils can flourish but also lead our dedicated Early Years team. You'll be instrumental in shaping our early years provision, fostering a lifelong love of learning, and ensuring our children take their first exciting steps in school with confidence.

This pivotal role comes with a TLR 3, recognising your leadership responsibilities, and includes a dedicated afternoon release every two weeks to support this valuable work.
