  • Qualified Teacher Status (or evidence of likely to attain QTS if on a course of study)
  • Recent professional development, including CPD relevant to early years
  • Excellent classroom teacher
  • Ability to engage and interest children
  • Ability to analyse data
  • Excellent ICT skills
  • Familiarity with EYFS digital assessment
  • Understanding of and experience working with EYFS
  • Knowledge & understanding of inclusion issues
  • Proven ability to teach children with special educational needs as well as the more able
  • Sound understanding of Primary curriculum initiatives
  • Up-to-date knowledge of educational trends and initiatives
