• Has a desire to enable every child to succeed and use their gifts to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace (1 Peter 4:10)
• Has excellent organisational and interpersonal skills at all levels
• Has a strong culture of safeguarding
• Is a good motivator
• Ideally has experience of EYFS
• Can work under their own initiative and also enjoys working with an experienced job share partner
