What skills and experience we're looking for

The Governors of St. Bede’s Catholic Primary School are looking to appoint an outstanding part time teaching assistant to join our Early Years Reception Team. We have happy, enthusiastic children who are eager to learn. The successful applicant will have with the highest expectations for behaviour and learning to support our youngest pupils.

Applicants for this post are required to have or be studying for a TA qualification minimum and an understanding of the Early Years Framework is highly desirable.

We are looking for someone who supports the Catholic ethos and vision of our school and is an exemplary role model for all pupils. The successful candidate will be able to challenge, motivate and foster independence in our pupils, and will be hard working and passionate about engaging children in learning and overcoming barriers.
