Receptionist/Admin assistant job summary
The Bridge School are seeking to appoint a calm, flexible and positive receptionist/admin assistant to work within a friendly office team at The Bridge School to start as soon as possible. The position is for term time only 13 hours per week. Thursday and Friday 8.30am – 3.30 pm.
This is a grade 14 position - £7,342 - £7,576 Approximate annual gross salary. (Dependent on experience)
The Bridge School, Sedgemoor is one of four Pupil Referral Units commissioned by Somerset Council and Somerset schools. We provide services through a number of centres for students who have a range of social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. All students are referred through their mainstream schools in the Sedgemoor area.
The Bridge School is the PRU for children and young people across Sedgemoor, the school has three sites, two in Bridgwater and one in a nearby village, Cossington.
The role will require the post-holder to work possibly on all three sites, to provide a professional service to the school which presents a positive and good impression to anyone who rings or visits.
The Bridge School is part of a growing partnership which also includes Polden Bower School and Avalon School.
