Are you looking for an admin role in an education setting?

We are recruiting an experienced Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our friendly admin team. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and diligent candidate providing a high standard of administrative support and assisting the Office Manager in ensuring efficiency within the school office.You will be a proactive team player who will undertake general office duties including filing, parent communications, photocopying and scanning

Our Receptionist / Administrative Assistant will;

  • Be the first point of contact for parents and visitors.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Have a good knowledge of ICT.
  • Maintain information systems, databases and other associated records.

Working hours will be 0830-1630 Monday to Thursdays and 0830-1600 on Friday

This is an exciting time to join us as we expand our Sixth Form provision with new state-of-the-art facilities for our growing Sixth Form, together with establishing a Specialist Resource Provision (SRP)intended for students requiring additional support for Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH).
