Receptionist/ Administrator

Location: Cedars Upper School

Contract Type: Permanent/Full time

Hours: 37 hours per week/ Term time only + 5 training days

Salary: L3 pts 6-8 £25183 - £25992 FTE

We are seeking to appoint a highly organised and motivated Receptionist/ Administrator to join our admin team. You will perform duties in the busy, main reception area of the school. This role will entail managing the switchboard, carrying out administrative tasks including dealing with incoming post, answering student, teacher and parent/carers queries both face to face and on the telephone. You will also be required to act as the medical lead for the school (full training will be provided).
