What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a professional, organised and welcoming Reception & Administrative Officer to be the first point of contact for our school. This pivotal role combines front-of-house reception duties with high-quality administrative support, ensuring an efficient and positive experience for pupils, parents, staff and visitors.

You will manage the reception area, handle calls and enquiries, and play a key role in safeguarding by controlling access to the school. Alongside this, you will provide a responsive administrative service, supporting communication, maintaining records, coordinating bookings and assisting with day-to-day school operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach, attention to detail and an understanding of safeguarding responsibilities are essential.
