Location: Lakeside Primary Academy
Hours: 33 hours per week - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 08:30 - 15:30, Thursday 08:30 - 16:00
Salary: £25,614 - £26,427
Actual salary: £19,769 - £20,397
Contract: Permanent

We are looking for a Receptionist Administrator who is not only organised and efficient but who is also a welcoming face to the school.
About you
As a Receptionist Administrator in a school office you will,
Be a confident in using a wide range of IT systems - full training will be provided
Have strong communication skills
Be a welcoming first point of contact with the school, whether this is in person or over the telephone
Have the ability to manage your work load efficiently
Have excellent record keeping skills, a key part to this role will be to monitor pupils absences and report on this where necessary
