What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a warm, organised and professional Receptionist/Administrator to join our busy school office. This is a key front‑of‑house role, providing an excellent first impression to pupils, parents, staff and visitors while supporting the smooth running of the school. The annual salary is currently under review and will be increasing.

About The Role:

The successful candidate will:

· Be the first point of contact for all enquiries, in person, by phone and via email.

· Provide high‑quality administrative support to the office and wider school community.

· Manage daily tasks such as visitor sign‑in, attendance administration, drafting communications, maintaining records and supporting school systems.

· Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same.

· Uphold confidentiality and safeguarding expectations at all times.

About You:

· Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Is friendly, calm under pressure, and enjoys working with children and families.

· Is highly organised with good attention to detail.

· Has strong IT skills (training on school systems will be provided.

· Can work independently and as part of a supportive office team.

· Brings a positive, proactive and problem-solving approach to their work.
