We are looking for an organised and friendly Receptionist/Administrator to join our brilliant support team and be the first point of contact for our academy community.

As part of the team, you would operate a reception service that promotes a professional and positive image of the school, ensure exceptional communication with parents, carers and other key stakeholders, and support the smooth running of the academy through a variety of administrative tasks - from managing visitors and post to supporting exams, events, trips, careers administration and medical needs.

We are looking for someone who is welcoming, professional and highly organised. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confidence using IT and office systems, and a strong commitment to confidentiality and safeguarding. You need to be flexible, adaptable and a team player to succeed in this role.
