We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual to join our busy school office team. About the Role The position involves a wide range of reception and administrative duties designed to support the smooth day-to-day running of the school. You will be the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and staff—playing a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional front-of-house environment. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate: A genuine interest in working within a school setting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A calm, professional manner and the ability to handle a varied workload under pressure A strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of work Team spirit and a flexible, can-do attitude

Key Requirements: Previous administrative experience, preferably in a school or educational setting A working knowledge of SIMS (School Information Management System) is highly desirable Strong IT and organisational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately Confidence in dealing with students, parents, staff, and external stakeholders face-to-face and via phone/email
