MATERNITY COVER

BAND C, POINT 1 TO 4 £25,183 TO £26,835 FTE

FULL-TIME, FULL YEAR (FIXED-TERM MATERNITY COVER)

West Lakes Academy are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, conscientious and self-motivated person to join the Academy Support Team. This is a key role in providing a welcoming and safe environment for staff, students and visitors.

The successful candidate will:

Undertake reception duties, providing a professional and welcoming appearance to the academy for staff, students, visitors and members of the public.

Undertake a range of general administrative duties, including word processing, maintenance of spreadsheets, filing and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.

Maintain appropriate manual and computerised records/management information systems.

Undertake a range of reprographics duties including, photocopying, laminating, binding etc.
