Working pattern: 20 hours per week / 38 weeks per year Monday to Friday 8am to 1pm

Baginton Fields Academy is a broad spectrum special needs school that caters to students between the ages of 11 and 19 years old.

The role:

Baginton Fields Academy are seeking to appoint a Receptionist / Administrator to join our friendly office team. This role provides front line customer service to all our visitors, staff and students as well as administration support to the main office. Experience of working in a busy office environment in a customer facing role coupled with strong ICT skills are pre-requisites for this role.

The person:

The successful candidate must have experience of working in a customer service or administrative role and be able to use Microsoft Office. You will need to have strong communication skills, an excellent telephone manner and be highly organised.
