Receptionist job summary

Beckfoot School is seeking a highly organised individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our busy and dedicated team as a Receptionist. You will play a key role in a supporting the day-to-day running of our school. Whether you're welcoming visitors, managing data and communication, organising key systems, or supporting colleagues across school. The ideal candidate will thrive in a in a busy environment and can manage competing priorities with confidence. We are looking for someone who:

  • Has strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

This is a permanent part-time position for 35 hours a week, term time only. The working pattern is as follows: 7.45am to 3.15pm Monday to Friday.
