Do you excel in customer service and enjoy working with a variety of people?

Are you a friendly and organised individual who is good at multi-tasking?

We are seeking a well presented, approachable and professional individual with excellent ICT skills to assist us with morning reception duties in our friendly primary school office.

The successful applicant will welcome parents and visitors, answer the phone, take accurate messages and transfer calls, and assist with a wide range of administrative tasks.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post, will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
