What skills and experience we're looking for

Hylands School is looking to appoint an exceptional professional who will join a successful enthusiastic team.The role requires an individual who is self-motivated, organised, pays meticulous attention to detail, has energy, enthusiasm, able to keep calm while working under pressure, the ability to prioritise and a flexible working approach.The post holder will act as a vital part of our fantastic admin team and be the director of first impressions of Hylands school providing a warm and welcome reception. Responsible for all the administration of efficient and courteous communication with external stakeholders such as parents, governors and the local community. They will ensure that the school reception represents the school's vision and values at all times.
