What skills and experience we're looking for
As part of our supportive staff team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the academy by providing administrative, organisational and financial support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones and greeting visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Ensuring the safeguarding of students by signing visitors in/out and issuing badges
- Providing first aid and welfare support to students as required
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing and emailing
- Using your excellent IT skills for word processing and other applications
- Sorting and distributing internal and external mail
You will be:

- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- IT literate with a working knowledge of common applications
