What skills and experience we're looking for

We are recruiting a Receptionist to join our team in our new school in Frindsbury, Rochester.

Maritime Academy are seeking to appoint a confident and reliable person to greet and assist visitors to the Academy, covering the duties of the main reception. Our receptionist will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors, filtering enquiries as appropriate. The successful candidate may also undertake general office duties together with maintaining information systems, databases and other associated records, both paper and computer based.

You will have the ability to work professionally under pressure and to meet deadlines, operating flexibly within the changing needs of the Academy is essential.

Training and support will be provided for the successful candidate.
