Receptionist job summary
You must have excellent organisational and time management skills; be able to work independently using your own initiative as well as part of a team and be able to manage sensitive and confidential information. Effective communication skills, a good telephone manner and awareness of Health and Safety issues are essential. The post holder will also assist in the provision of First Aid within school.
Recent experience of clerical and administrative work and the ability to use Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Publisher are essential. Experience of SIMS would be an advantage.
