Receptionist (Part-time) job summary
This role is working within the busy environment of the school office and reception area, the successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming all visitors to the school. As the central point of contact for students, staff and parents you will be dealing with queries in person, by phone, email and post in an efficient and accurate manner.

Excellent organisational skills are essential in order to provide an administrative, reprographic and reception service and a variety of tasks which need to be undertaken.
Job Details
Hours of Work: 23.5 Hours Per Week (Wednesday & Thursday 8.30am - 5pm, Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm) Term Time plus 1 Week (40 Weeks Per Year)
