Receptionist job summary

Receptionist

Three days per week. Our preference would be Monday/Tuesday/Friday, but we do have some flexibility. The working hours are 8.00am to 4.30pm less half an hour for lunch (and with an earlier finish at 4.00pm on Fridays)

Paid salary reflecting actual hours/weeks: This will depend on the exact working pattern, but if the pattern is per our preference set out above, the actual paid salary will be £13,663-£13,873pa

We are looking to appoint a welcoming, enthusiastic and reliable person to join our Reception team. You will possess excellent IT and interpersonal skills. Our Receptionists also manage First Aid issues during any temporary absence of our Reception-based Medical Welfare Officers.

Our office staff are a very friendly and supportive team working in a really great school.

Our OFSTED grading has been confirmed as Outstanding (November 2023) and the inspection team have written that:

‘Staff say that they are very well supported. Staff feel valued. They have high praise for how leaders look after the staff’s well-being and their workload.’

‘A school of exceptional quality.’
