Are you a recruitment professional with a passion for delivering first-rate service? Do you have the ability to engage with prospective staff and promote opportunities? Are you experienced in either internal or external recruitment?

If yes, then we have the role for you. We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Partner to join our People Team!

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with People Partners and academy leaders to understand workforce needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Create vibrant recruitment marketing content to attract top talent.
  • Support the development of induction events and maintain candidate relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and safer recruitment practices.
