Recruitment & Wellbeing Officer job summary
Due to growth of the Trust, The Howard Academy Trust are delighted to be seeking a Recruitment & Wellbeing Officer for a newly created role within the Central Team. The HR Team acts on behalf of the Trust to manage all HR and compliance for our schools.
We are seeking a self-motivated and organised team player to provide comprehensive high-level Recruitment and Wellbeing support for staff based in our academies. The work is fast-paced and varied, meaning no two days are the same, attending recruitment events. We are looking for a person who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to be part of a brilliant team.
This is a part time (21 hours per week/3 days a week), permanent position, all year round, paid based on NJC scale C1 points (FTE £26,835 - £28,624 - actual salary calculated on a pro rata basis).
