Reflection (Inclusion) Supervisor job summary
We are looking for a Reflection (Inclusion) Supervisor to join our passionate academy team to provide reflective support for students as part of our behaviour and inclusion support.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week, for 39 working weeks of the year covering school term time plus 1 week..

We are looking for:
A committed and motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, who has the ability to build positive relationships with students. You will provide pastoral support through the reflection room for students across specified year groups, working with College Leaders, Personalised Learning Tutors and the Inclusion Team to ensure that students are successful, confident, happy and able to develop positive relationships.
