We’re now looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to lead our Reflection Room—a key part of our pastoral and behavioural support strategy.

The Role

As Reflection Room Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our behaviour recovery provision. You’ll create a calm, structured space where students can reflect, reset, and re-engage with their learning. This is a hands-on role that blends behaviour management, mentoring, and academic support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a silent, focused learning environment for students placed in the Reflection Room
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure appropriate work is provided and tracked
  • Develop tailored support materials and mentoring programmes for students with repeated placements
  • Monitor and report on student progress and staff engagement
  • Support school-wide behaviour interventions and respond to on-call incidents
  • Build positive relationships with students, staff, and families to reinforce our “firm but fair” ethos

  • Salary £27,612 - £31,063 per annum
  • This is term time only role, 37.5 hours per week. You will be required to work 8am – 4pm, Monday - Friday
