The Role
As Reflection Room Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our behaviour recovery provision. You’ll create a calm, structured space where students can reflect, reset, and re-engage with their learning. This is a hands-on role that blends behaviour management, mentoring, and academic support.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a silent, focused learning environment for students placed in the Reflection Room
- Collaborate with staff to ensure appropriate work is provided and tracked
- Develop tailored support materials and mentoring programmes for students with repeated placements
- Monitor and report on student progress and staff engagement
- Support school-wide behaviour interventions and respond to on-call incidents
- Build positive relationships with students, staff, and families to reinforce our “firm but fair” ethos

- Salary £27,612 - £31,063 per annum
- This is term time only role, 37.5 hours per week. You will be required to work 8am – 4pm, Monday - Friday
