Term time only plus 5 INSET days, 37 hours per week
A opportunity has arisen for the position of a Refelection Room Manager to support students in independent learning and support their return to lesson
The responsibilities of the role include:
Maintaining a purposeful, supportive environment to ensure students supervised in independent study engage with their learning.
Forging positive relations with students that support guidance and mentoring to encourage reflection and positive behaviour.
Liaising with Heads of Department and teachers to ensure provision of work, facilitating its return for marking & feedback.
Liaison with the school’s Pastoral Lead, senior leaders, Heads of Year and the pastoral team.
Assisting investigation of incidents.
Managing detention registers and helping to ensure students attend.
