Reflection Room Manager job summary

Term-time only. Monday – Thursday, 08:00 – 16:00 and Friday, 08:00 – 15:30.

We are seeking a calm, consistent and caring Reflection Room Manager to join our team and play a key role in improving student behaviour. Through this role you will make a significant contribution towards the reduction of suspension rates, supporting the maintenance of good behaviour across our school and fostering positive relationships with students. You will be responsible for supervising and managing the daily operation of the Reflection Room, ensuring pupils have meaningful work that supports their learning and aligns with our curriculum. You will work closely with our Pastoral and Phase Leaders to monitor patterns of behaviour and support positive change. This is an opportunity to work closely with students across year groups, guiding them to reflect on their behaviour and re-engage positively with school life.
