Working Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Regional Facilities Manager to lead the delivery and development of facilities services across our Sheffield region. This is a key operational role, ensuring our schools are safe, compliant, and well-maintained environments where pupils and staff can thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead and manage responsive and planned maintenance across multiple school sites.
  • Oversee building compliance, health and safety, and operational safety standards.
  • Manage facilities assets and life cycle projects, ensuring long-term sustainability.
  • Coordinate third-party contractors and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain site infrastructure and ensure all statutory obligations are met.
  • Work closely with the operational directorate and school teams to deliver excellence.

  • Proven experience in facilities or estates management across multiple sites.
  • Strong knowledge of building compliance, health & safety, and maintenance planning.
  • Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
